R12 Anti-Slip additive
Introducing the Treatex Anti-Slip Additive: the perfect additive to our Treatex Oil Ultra Clear. Designed to increase the anti-slip level of your wooden floors from R10 to R12, this wood finish product is suitable for use on both wood and cork flooring, as well as stairs, wet areas, doorways and ramps. An ease of application makes the Treatex Anti-Slip Additive an incredibly convenient and hassle-free solution to giving your floors a refresh.
Available in 1.0L and 2.5L tins, the Treatex Anti-Slip Additive can last anywhere between 3-10 years, depending on the amount of wear your flooring undergoes. Simply apply your first coat and leave it to dry for 3-6 hours before adding a second coat. If applied properly, you’ll be left with a strong and durable coating for your floor!

To be used as an additive to Treatex Hardwax Oil Ultra Clear
Suitable for all wooden and cork flooring surfaces
The addition of Treatex R12 Anti-slip additive will fulfil slip resistance to R12 testing
Ideal for stairs, wet areas, ramps and doorways
Available in preset measurements for 1.0L (50g) & 2.5L (125g) tins of Treatex Hardwax Oil

Apply the first coat of Hardwax Oil Clear as per normal instruction - allow to dry for 3-6 hours. Stir tins thoroughly before adding R12 as the wax content can settle in the bottom of the tin. Add in the pre measured container of R12 and again stir thoroughly, continuing to stir during use. Apply the second coat of Hardwax Oil clear with R12 additive as per normal instruction - allow to dry for 3-6 hours. Due to the increased resistance of the coating, the floors surface will be subject to accelerated. wear
